Our Service includes: online lead submission forms, vehicle inspection tools (VIN scanning, photo upload), digital authorization contracts, and coordination with partner repair facilities.

3. Broker Relationship

You understand and acknowledge that United Auto Hail Repair LLC acts solely as an intermediary broker. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, timeliness, or outcome of any repair services provided by our partner body shops. Any repair agreement is directly between you and the repair facility assigned to your claim.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the repair cost estimates generated by our AI-assisted tools. These estimates are provided for informational purposes only and are not binding quotes.

4. Insurance Claims

Our Service is designed to assist vehicle owners in coordinating hail damage repairs through their existing auto insurance policies. We do not guarantee insurance claim approval, coverage amounts, or deductible outcomes. You are responsible for understanding your insurance policy terms and working directly with your insurance provider.

We do not offer, promise, or imply any waiver of insurance deductibles. Any representation to the contrary is unauthorized and void. You should not rely on any such representation.

5. User Submissions and Authorization

By submitting your vehicle information, photos, and electronic signature through our Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the legal owner of the vehicle or have authority to authorize repairs; (b) all information provided is accurate and complete; (c) you consent to the sharing of your information with our partner network as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your electronic signature on the Authorization Contract constitutes a legally binding agreement under the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state law.
